Bid in the Silent Auction: February 25-March 5

Bidding starts at 5:00 p.m. on February 25 and is open to everyone!

Our auction items were made possible by the generosity of School of St. Mary families, as well as our wonderful parishioners, alumni, teachers, staff, and Lake Forest community friends. Thank you to everyone for your incredible contributions and support!

Pre-Register

Save time and pre-register for the virtual silent auction HERE. Make sure to use your cell phone in the phone field if you would like to receive text messages as you bid on items. You will see a checkout cart appear in the UPPER RIGHT corner once you are registered. You can also scan the QR code below to get started!

Bidding

There are amazing items for everyone in this year’s silent auction, including fabulous Count Me In Parties! (Learn more about the parties below.) All items are available to view now so you can be ready to start bidding on February 25. Scan the QR code or click on the link below to get started.

After you pre-register, log in to start bidding. If this is your first time, click REGISTER for full access to the event and bidding. Below the main stage, you will see a tab for SILENT AUCTION. Here you will be able to view, search, and bid on all items. For easier bidding, you can enter (pre-set) your maximum bid – and then let the system do the bidding for you. If you are outbid, you will receive a text message (if you provide your cell phone info when you register).

What Are Count Me In Parties?

Count Me In Parties raise support for the Crusader Fund, while also offering fun and social engagement as a community. We’ve heard from parents that they love having more opportunities to socialize and connect with other families – and last year, nearly every Count Me In Party sold out quickly!

Count Me In Parties are fun and creative events with a fixed buy-in price. There are parties for kids and adults, and some events are designated for specific grade levels (check the descriptions closely). The party hosts have generously agreed to assume full cost of the parties, so 100% of the proceeds benefit the Crusader Fund. THANK YOU to our incredibly generous families and teachers for the creative and fun ideas this year!

Count Me In Party slots are available for purchase during the silent auction, February 25 – March 5. You can sign up for as many as you’d like!

Checkout

Once the silent auction closes on March 5 at 5:00 p.m., you may view all items you won – and all Count Me In Parties you signed up for – by clicking on VIEW MY ITEMS. You will also receive a notification March 5 evening, summarizing all items you won and other donations you have made. After the auction closes, you may view and process final payment with the credit card you provided during registration. You will have until noon March 6 to review and complete payment (using a different credit card if you’d like) – at which time the system will automatically process payment with the credit card on file.

Collection of Won Items

Items will be available to pick up at Michelle Kijek’s home. Please contact Michelle at 312.952.0220 to schedule a mutually available time.


If you’re attending the “Sparkle in the Northwoods” Gala, you can also participate in the exciting Live Auction and Paddle Raise. More details will be shared with Gala attendees before March 4.

Don’t forget to order your Tuition Raffle tickets HERE. Each ticket is $100, for a chance to win one K-8 2023-2024 school year tuition or $5,000. The winning ticket will be drawn at the Gala, but you don’t need to be present to win.
